Many of our potential clients have called several personal injury attorneys trying to get help with their car accident but were unable to find anyone, because they were not actually injured in an accident. The administrative process is very simple. You get the form. You fill it out. You mail it to them. It’s $70, though expect the price to change over time. Many times, you will get that reimbursed. They damaged your car. They are not willing to pay for it. You get a judgment against them to cover the damage to your automobile. This a good time to use the $15,000 maximum from the small claims court process.
If you are not injured, do not have any other claims, and are unable to find an attorney, small claims court is not that intimidating.
