Job Overview
We are a dynamic, plaintiff-focused personal injury firm seeking a litigation associate who is passionate about standing up for injured clients and eager to try cases. This position offers active files, meaningful client engagement, and potential for long-term leadership growth.
The ideal candidate has strong courtroom instincts, exceptional people skills, and a drive to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial
- Conduct and defend depositions treating providers, experts, parties
- Argue motions, attend arbitrations and mediations, participate in trials
- Communicate clearly with client, keeping them informed and confident
- Develop referrals and business through client relationships and community presence
- Collaborate closely with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
- Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills
- Proven track record in No-Fault arbitrations, discovery practice, pretrial litigation
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Interest in long-term growth within a trial-oriented, client-first practice
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 per year
