Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation (Full-Time)

Job Overview

We are a dynamic, plaintiff-focused personal injury firm seeking a litigation associate who is passionate about standing up for injured clients and eager to try cases. This position offers active files, meaningful client engagement, and potential for long-term leadership growth.

The ideal candidate has strong courtroom instincts, exceptional people skills, and a drive to build and maintain trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial
• Conduct and defend depositions—treating providers, skilled ins, parties
• Argue motions, attend arbitrations and mediations, participate in trials
• Communicate clearly with clients—keeping them informed and confident
• Develop referrals and business through client relationships and community presence
• Collaborate closely with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
• Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills
• Proven track record in No-Fault arbitrations, discovery practice, pretrial litigation
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Interest in long-term growth within a trial-oriented, client-first practice

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 per year
