Ben Heimerl is a founding Partner at 612-INJURED. He created a firm to represent injured Minnesotans in their time of need. Ben focuses his own efforts on workers’ compensation, working to ensure that those injured on the job get the compensation they deserve to be able to move forward with their lives.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Benjamin graduated from the University of Minnesota before attending William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. In his time in the Marine Corps, he learned the value of being the best at what you do, and that the only way to be the best is through hard work and dedication. He applies this same mindset for every client he represents.
