Two of our attorneys are heading north this August to share what they’ve learned representing injured clients across Minnesota, and to help fellow attorneys sharpen their own practice along the way.
612-Injured Injury & Accident Lawyers is pleased to announce that attorneys Scott Kruger and Mike Lammers will present at the 2026 Solo and Small Firm Conference, hosted by Minnesota CLE in Duluth, Minnesota, running August 2–4.
The Session: “9 Things Every Attorney Should Know About Representing an Injured Party”
Kruger and Lammers will lead a session titled “9 Things Every Attorney Should Know About Representing an Injured Party,” scheduled for Monday, August 3 at 2:00 p.m.
Drawing on years of experience representing people injured in accidents across the state, the session will walk attendees through the practical realities of personal injury representation, from evaluating whether a claim has real merit, to understanding the timing and process involved in bringing a case to resolution. It’s the kind of session built for attorneys who want a clear-eyed, experience-based framework rather than just theory.
Supporting the Conference and the Community on the Water
Beyond the presentation, 612-Injured is also sponsoring the conference’s Monday evening Duluth Harbor Cruise, an event that brings together attorneys from solo and small firms across Minnesota for an evening of connection on the water. It’s a fitting way to cap off a day of learning, trading case notes and war stories against the backdrop of the Duluth Harbor.
Why It Matters
For the 612-Injured team, showing up at conferences like this one isn’t just about visibility, it’s about staying sharp for the clients they serve every day.
“Representing people injured in rideshare accidents, car crashes, and other incidents is at the center of what we do every day,” said attorney Mike Lammers. “Opportunities like this conference let us stay current on best practices, exchange ideas with peers from across Minnesota, and bring that knowledge back to the clients we represent.”
Our Minneapolis car accident attorneys have represented injured clients in the Twin Cities since 2001, and this conference is one more way the firm stays connected to the broader Minnesota legal community that shares its commitment to advocating for injured people.
