At that point, if the other driver admits fault and is willing to accept liability, you can turn around and get all that stuff within one to three months and have everything ready to go.
The better answer is when you feel like you are back to normal or as good as you are going to get, we send out a demand about 30 days after getting your records and bills, and that is when it wraps up. But if it is more complicated than that or needs to go to litigation, it is going to take longer.
